Terms & Conditions

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
Booking and confirmation
You can book a trip by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or through our online booking form. A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it back to you (verbally, by message, or by booking reference). Until then, please don't assume a vehicle has been allocated.
Pricing
Fixed-price quotes given for pre-booked airport transfers and long-distance trips will be honoured, provided the pickup details and route don't change. On-demand local fares in and around St Andrews are either metered or fixed at the time of booking — we'll tell you which before you travel.
Cancellation
You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for local trips, and up to 12 hours before pickup for airport transfers and long-distance journeys. Cancellations made after these windows, or no-shows at the pickup point, may be charged at the full fare. To cancel, call us on 01334 796606 or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram so we can release the vehicle.
If we can't fulfil a booking, we'll let you know as soon as possible and you won't be charged.
Payment
All vehicles accept contactless, chip & PIN, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Deposits may be required for weddings, golf days, or long-distance trips, and we'll agree the amount with you at the time of booking.
Customer responsibilities
- Give us accurate pickup and drop-off details.
- Behave reasonably towards the driver and other passengers.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your party (for example soiling or breakage), and we may pass on the cost of cleaning or repair.
Our liability
Our liability to you is limited to the value of the fare you paid, except where the law requires otherwise (for example we do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). We are not liable for missed connections caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures, but we will always do our best to get you there on time.
Lost property
Items left in our vehicles are held for 30 days. To check or arrange collection, call us on 01334 796606.
Complaints procedure
If something goes wrong, please contact us on 01334 796606 or by email so we can put it right. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 14 working days.
Licensing
Our vehicles and drivers are licensed by Fife Council. Drivers are DBS-checked and insured for private hire.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
